How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every jewelry order, to every country we ship to. US orders arrive in 4-6 business days via USPS, with tracking.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to hi@ideaure.com.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
It depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose at checkout. See the tables below.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn't immediately "in transit."
What's your return policy?
Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to hi@ideaure.com within 60 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email at hi@ideaure.com to let us know that your country needs us, and we'll try to make it happen.
